Manufactured from cast iron, the vise boasts steel vise jaws, a threaded spindle assembly, and a chrome lockdown. The jaw of the bench clamp is made using quenching and re-firing technology, which increases the hardness and toughness of the jaw, ensuring its durability. For a smooth and stable operation, it is recommended to add some oil to the screw before use.
If the tension of the rotating handle feels too tight or too loose when fixing the vise, the tightness of the jam nut can be adjusted to achieve the desired working condition.
EASY TO INSTALL: This bench vise can be installed on the edge of all kinds of desktops, with the ability to clamp table boards up to 2.4 inches thick. The installation and removal process is quick and convenient.
PROTECT TABLE TOP: During installation, there is no need for punching on the table. The product comes with 2 rubber washers to prevent table scratches and 2 jaw washers for protection of the parts. To ensure the effective use of the rubber gaskets, please refer to the product picture and adjust the fixing chin to a larger opening first, then install the rubber washer in the planned corresponding position, and secure it in the end.
WIDE RANGE OF USES: This vise can hold a variety of parts. The O-shape Swivel base allows the vise to rotate up to 360-degrees, making it suitable for both right-handed and left-handed users.
